The Book Thief

I read The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. This book is almost undescribable. It is about a girl named Liesel who is given to foster parents right after her brother dies. Her father begins to teach her to read and she begins to crave to read enough that she steals books. This book was really amazing. It is probably the best of one of the best books i have read this year and that is saying a lot.

    I agree, it is also one of the better books that I have read, and it can be truly intense when it needs to be, and lighthearted when it needs to be.
